You look fabulous and your eyes are splendid. We do not want you to hide your beauty. We simply want you to stay youthful and attractive for many years to come. Protect the tender skin around your eyes. Plus, apply an eye cream or gel in the mornings and evenings.
2. Active lifestyle
Exercise more and get enough sleep. Free radicals that do damage to your body can be reduced by practicing regular exercises. Besides active lifestyle, each of us needs between 7 and 9 hours of night’s sleep to fully restore.
3. Get rid of cigarettes
The more you smoke the worse you look and feel. Smoking promotes aging and wrinkles. Quit smoking and you will significantly improve your skin.
4. Avoid harsh dieting
Extreme weight loss is never a good thing. Do not try to lose weight too fast – you should aim for 1-2 pounds a week. Drink plenty of liquids and do not starve yourself. Your skin needs vitamins, minerals and all sorts of nutrients that make it glowing, clean, radiant and smooth.
5. Applying sunscreen all year round
You might have heard how important it is to use sunscreen. This product should be applied even in winter. UV rays are equally active in summer as in winter and your skin needs protection.
Make your skin cells stronger and healthier and wear a sunscreen that contains at least SPF 15. If you tend to spend a lot of time outside, we suggest you should use SPF 30 or even more.
6. Enrich your body with oxygen
Breathe deeper, avoid stress and practice meditation. Try out yoga, walking, jogging or any other fun outside activity. Happy people look younger and feel healthier.
